TEDxKL 2025
About TEDxKL 2025 – Confluence
TEDxKL is one of the world's pioneering TEDx events, first launched in 2009, and continues to bring Malaysia’s boldest ideas and most inspiring voices to the stage. For 2025, we unite under the theme Confluence, celebrating the extraordinary things that happen when diverse minds, passions, and disciplines meet. Like Kuala Lumpur, founded at the meeting of the Klang and Gombak rivers, TEDxKL sparks new possibilities for our city, community, and beyond.
This year, TEDxKL is a truly in-person only experience at the iconic REXKL. One ticket gives you access to every talk, every spark of inspiration, and a full day immersed with our vibrant community—all recorded live and shared after the event.

What to Bring (with a wink):
Umbrella: November 15 weather forecasts say rain—unless you’re presenting a talk about rain-powered energy!
Water bottle: Stay cool, hydrate—especially if the heritage air-con goes a little “retro.”
Open mind: KL is calling for your creativity.
Electric fan (portable): Seasoned event warriors know—heritage venues can get “culturally toasty.”
Energy and curiosity: You’ll want to explore! Catch art at Kwai Chai Hong, check out surprises near MRT Pasar Seni, and meet merchants and vendors dotted throughout this historic heritage area.
Join us, be part of the confluence, and help shape the future of Kuala Lumpur and the world—one idea at a time.
